Data-driven solutions, AI and cloud technologies can transform healthcare data into an asset and enable the rapid development of smart new solutions. Healthcare is undergoing a radical change, with virtual care and precision medicine revolutionizing the way healthcare services are delivered and consumed.
New solutions linked to this development generate enormous amounts of data from various sources. Healthcare data platforms are needed to collect fragmented data from various sources into a centralized data repository for automated data retrieval, modelling and storage.
Tietoevry's Lifecare Data Platform enables the efficient use of data in medical research and business development. This in turn can lead to better healthcare at lower cost. Imagine a shared space where we come together in real time to shape the future of coordinated healthcare and social care. That is what happens at the Nordic Hackathon (March 18-20). IT developers, health data experts, and professionals from across the Nordics join forces to build an open and interoperable ecosystem for health and social care.
Driven by real patient needs, we apply standards like OpenEHR, HL7 FHIR, and SNOMED CT to create tools that support patients with multiple conditions, ensuring seamless integration between healthcare and social care providers.

Ideas and prototypes that bring us closer to a modern, interoperable, and patient-centred system—a future where every patient receives the care they need, without gaps or barriers.
